How does it work?:
Before investors can access each work of art as an F-NFT, the art must be “converted” into an NFT, a non-fungible digital asset, which is staked (held in trust) in a “vault”. From that vault, the F-NFTs are created, equally dividing the ownership of the vault contents. These F-NFTs are then sold to investors without the common middlemen of the artworld, the art dealer and the broker. No commissions to pay or interference from third parties. You are investing directly in the art with your F-NFT purchase.
As each work becomes available, you, the investor, will have the opportunity to purchase an F-NFT through either Opensea.io or directly on the MotelNFT.art website. A free crypto wallet, such as MetaMask will be required, installed on either your mobile device or your browser. Your F-NFT serves as your proof of ownership as well as your access pass to the MotelNFT community at large. “Rub elbows” with other savvy art investors and discuss the melding of art and technology on Discord, Twitter and other social media platforms.
